Eligible for Return:
Unopened and unused medical supplies, equipment, and other eligible items may be returned within 7 Days from the date of purchase.
Eligible for Exchange:
all items are non-eligible for exchanges.
Initiating a Return:

Return Shipping:
Shipping label will be provided return shipping for eligible items.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned eligible item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7 Business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated return shipping costs.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within24 hours after purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process applies. Special order items may only be cancelled within 1 hour of order.
